What do I need to bring?
Each activity page includes a specific kit list.
In general, you’ll need suitable footwear, appropriate clothing for the conditions, and if you’re booked on a water-based activity, a change of clothes for afterwards.
What about age limits?
Age limits vary depending on the activity.

How do I book?
You can check availability and book directly through the “Book Now” section on each activity page.

Do I pay a deposit or full amount?
Unless otherwise stated we ask for 15% deposit at the time of the booking and the remaining balance to be paid on the day.
What happens if I need to change my activity date?
Date changes are usually possible if requested more than1 week before your activity, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 7 days are not normally possible and may be treated as a cancellation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking:
• More than 1 week before: refund of any balance paid
• Less then 1 week: no refund of balance payment
We recommend taking out suitable insurance to cover cancellations.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Most activities can still run in typical local weather.
If conditions require it, we may adjust the activity, time or date of the session to keep things safe and appropriate.
When would an activity not go ahead?
If conditions are unsafe (for example high water levels or severe weather), we may cancel or postpone the activity.
In this case, you will be offered:
• An alternative activity
• A new date
• Or a refund if no suitable option is available
