Sea Kayaking in Oludeniz
$25 per person
Sea kayaking in OlUdeniz is one of the best ways to escape the crowds and explore the rugged Mediterranean coast. While most tourists goes out on the large boat trips, a kayak allows you to enter the Blue Cave or pull up on tiny, hidden beaches that the bigger boats can’t reach.
Best Routes & Destinations
The Blue Lagoon
Perfect for beginners. The water is incredibly still, and you can paddle along the perimeter of the national park to see the lagoon from a different perspective.
St. Nicholas Island (Gemiler)
A popular half-day route. You can paddle across to the island to explore Byzantine ruins and churches.
Butterfly Valley (Kelebekler Vadisi)
A more ambitious paddle (approx. 5–7 km one way). It’s rewarding but should only be attempted in calm morning waters, as the afternoon chop can make the return trip difficult.
Blue Cave & Cold Spring Bay
Located between OlUdeniz and Butterfly Valley. The cave is only accessible by small craft, making it a “kayakers-only” highlight.
